SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Production Time: 1-3 business days.

Note: Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for customized orders.

Shipping Time:

  • Within the United States: 5-7 business days
  • Within Vietnam: 3-5 business days

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are determined by your shipping location:

  • $5.95 for shipments within the United States. (We offer standard shipping rates exclusively within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, including Washington D.C)
  • $2.95 for shipments within Vietnam.

*To determine the exact shipping charges for your order, proceed to checkout and enter your mailing address. Your shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed in your total order costs.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will update you with the tracking number so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us and we will resend the email.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!

Please note:

Suppose you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. In that case, you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your package as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems persist kindly email us, we’ll try our greatest to help you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

In case you contact the logistics company after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT

We carefully track each parcel and maintain constant communication with couriers to ensure timely updates and prevent any potential loss. In the rare instance of a parcel being marked as lost in transit, we will promptly remake and reship your order, or provide a full refund for your purchase.
